Dr. Victor Oghenekparobo Emojevwe is an alumnus of Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria. He obtained B.Sc., M.Sc., and PhD degrees in Physiology in 2008, 2012, and 2021, respectively. He began his academic career as a lecturer at Achievers University, Owo, Ondo State, from 2013–2016, before transferring to the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo City, Ondo State, in October 2016.
Dr. V. O. Emojevwe is a member of the Physiological Society (Physoc) and the Endocrine Society, both based in the UK. He also serves as a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Medicine and Medical Research. Within the university, he has held various positions, including Sub-Dean and Chairman of the Examination Committee of the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences. Recently, he has served as the Acting Head of the Department of Physiology at the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo, Nigeria (August 1, 2023–July 31, 2025). His research interests include reproductive toxicology, neurotoxicology, and therapeutic interventions using natural products.
